• On-Device Processing: PDF rendering and text extraction happen entirely on your hardware.
• Anonymity: You can use all features of DocLite without creating an account or providing an email address.

To provide a seamless experience, DocLite requires specific system permissions:

• File Storage: Necessary to read documents and save your bookmarks locally.
• Prevent Sleep: Optional, used only while you are actively reading a document.

We do not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Any document sharing you perform is handled by your device's native sharing menu, ensuring your OS-level privacy settings are respected.
